Another house warming present from my friend and fellow blipper Lala and her hubby Mr Lala!

A gorgeous rose bush, bottle of Pinot and Tim found a tube of choccies in the bottom as we were emptying the box! I've scoffed all of the chocolates so if I can't run the marathon I will be blaming you Helen!!!
