Sunday lunch

Another day, another ferry.

This time just the 15 minute hop on the municipal harbour ferry to Suomenlinna. It's a fortress dating back to the 1700s built on islands in the harbour. Now it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

By the time I got off the ferry on the return trip it was just after 1pm, and I was hungry. As it happens, there are a number of market stalls there (Kauppatori) which sell local food.

Whitebait, veggies and rice for me, eaten in the open air off a paper plate. €10.

Ideal. I may go back there for lunch tomorrow. Maybe try the reindeer balls meatballs.

The extra shot is a view of the city from Suomenlinna. I liked it.
