Cook school - Steak night

Lesson in cooking steak at the cook school in Kilmarnock.
Fantastic appetisers were served during the demo of making bread rolls and sauces then onto the steak. We were each given a steak and cooked it to our preference in the kitchen. We then ate it along with thrice cooked chips, Caesar salad and the demo sauces in the dining room.
