Sunset Gannet

Been a strange day out here in Sullom Voe, almost all day has passed and hardly a bird has come close to the vessel. Plenty of Birds crossing the Voe either well ahead of us or well behind. I was beginning to give up when up popped this chap. He will do.
Longest day today and the Sun made the most of it up here at the Northern edge to the British Isles. I guess the nights start getting longer and winter will not be to far away.... only kidding, some of Scotlands best days are in August September.
