Kelpies

I hadn't initially planned on coming up to Leadhills this weekend, but things change and Anna's gone south for a wedding.  So, Kylie and I headed north, me with a big bag of work, for a few days.

I decided to take advantage of the earlier sunset to go and see the Kelpies at dusk, which was a good thing.  I've not seen them before and they don't disappoint.  The scale alone is impressive, but the intricate construction of the heads is also worth taking a bit of time to appreciate.
