Life Reflecting Art Reflecting Life

Perpetual, torrential rain on the first day of the summer holiday, so I went to see the exhibition currently on display at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Modern Art, Camille Pissarro Patriarche de la modernite. A fabulous exhibition, it also has paintings by Monet, Renoir and Gaugin. This is probably my favourite painting in the exhibition, ironic considering the weather outside.

I love coming to this museum because the building is a work of art in itself, designed by the master architect Tadao Ando.
