I hate recessed spotlights

I am resting my legs after yesterday's exertions. My muscles are achy and my shins are bruised, but it was well worth it. I need to regain my strength for two weeks without N though. 

There are lots of recessed spotlights in our house, that glare at me in both senses. Big, white, raging ceiling eyes. Dazzling ceiling turds.
