The (not really) Eiffel Tower
Today we did some more wandering and exploring hotels and casinos, as well as shopping. We also went on the NYNY roller coaster (where I got bad bruises on my shoulders, shins, bum and knees. I'm not even sure how it happened- the seats and safety bars were hard and I bounced around a lot but surely a roller coaster shouldn't bruise you?!) and up the Eiffel Tower. This is the view down one of the legs and into the hotel pool. Anywhere I go I like to get up high (have you noticed?) and look over places. I'm fascinated by how towns and cities are laid out.
After that we did more wandering and then I decided to gamble again, this time having a shot at roulette. I won $40 from $5 so another good choice! My friend kept saying "you are really good at gambling!" as if I needed any encouragement to add to my collection of labels and quirks! I think I might be one of the few tourists to leave Vegas having won more than I gambled out (is that the correct gambling lingo?) Luckily we wete leaving the next morning, so no time for an addiction to take hold!
