Water Tower 2

Here it is from another angle, on a different dog walk, this sunny afternoon. 

Extra photo  is of Mick - who has finished the wall.  I'm wondering whether all the effort that has gone into 'reclaiming' it was worth it. Since old (imperial sized) broken bricks had to be replaced by new (metric sized) ones, and the result is a bit of a hotch-potch.

Ah well, it goes with the overall look of our old house and makes me feel happy...and hopefully it's stronger than the last one.
