Mother's Day

This lovely little sunflower had been given to me as a mother's day gift from our daughter Kirstie and the boys. I grew the plants from seeds that came in a little bucket with the soil that was to be used for growing and when it was the right time I transplanted them outside and waited for them to bloom , unfortunately both Belle and Jerry had taken a liking to my little sunflowers and they would eat them :(. This little sunflower plant just had the stalk left so I didn't think that there was going to be much happening with it but 3 little sunflowers have managed to grow without being munched on :) xx
