Portrait

This juvenile House Finch allowed me to take his portrait from a close distance. On this overcast day it was convenient to take a picture with minimum subject movement.
Today I have tried to give a squirrel a hazelnut, healthier than peanut.
As I suspected, after several unsuccessful attempts to chew the nut shell he buried it. Definitely peanuts are their favorites.
