Landmark Kitsch

In a city with so many historical landmarks, this one is still a Boston standout. The Hood milk bottle is 40 feet (12 m) tall, made entirely of wood, and is currently used as a concession stand outside the Boston Children's Museum. It has an interesting history for something that's only 75 years old.

It was nice to get into the city today -- a breath of fresh air. Figuratively speaking, of course.
