More trouble at mill!

So the penultimate day and I ended being transferred from the German clinic to a public hospital as my hb levels were extremely low and they suspected internal bleeding. . After 8 and a half hours I was given all clear to fly home next day... No internal bleeding thank goodness but extreme tiredness and a suggestion I go to my GP about anaemia. ....
