Phabi's Birthday Cake

This is the chocolate cake I made for my friend Phabi. It was my birthday gift to her. I didn't blip this cake yesterday because it was a surprise birthday party and I didn't want to spoil the surprise.

(A little secret... I had a bit of an unfortunate incident with the cake and I had to fix it... But I think I managed to make it look presentable after that... In any case, Phabi was really happy with it and everybody loved the taste!) ;-)

Work was really busy and I was very tired when I went to the party, but I somehow managed to stay till the end! It was about 4am by the time I went to bed... hahaha! Party animal me! :)

I also received the album I made for my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary, which we will be celebrating when I go to Barcelona next week. I was pleased with the result. It involved many hours of work, as I had to fix lots of old scanned photos and organize them into an album.

As for myself, I'll be on holiday for the next sixteen days!!!! Yay!!! :D
