A City of Many Faces

Today I meet up with Flying and we took a walk around the city. We drove into the city and had to sit in the car until a shower past over. It was so cold we thought we were in Antarctica. The wind was so icy I just about froze to death and was so pleased to get into the lovely warmth of the Heritage Hotel. We spent some time looking around the building then made our way to have some lunch at Black Betty. ...with a few stops on the way.

It was a fantastic lunch and luckily the rain had stopped and a little sun was trying to shine. But still ever so cold. We walked through the new Bus interchange that recently opened. It was lovely and warm in there so took our time and enjoyed the warmth for a while.

We just about made it back to the car when a icy shower descended on us. It was a lovely days outing even if very cold.. it could have been much worse with heavy rain or hail!

I decided on doing a collage as we came across some interesting art and people. It was flying who notice the man with the piercing blue eyes I had never seen this mural before. All the other shots speak for themselves really. The busker looked very colourful and the poor tram driver looked so cold I thought.
