Where's the Olympic Rings?

Okay I know the title is poor English but it's meant to be like Where's Wally. So tell me why Edinburgh have coloured rings while Glasgow don't.
The blip should really have been the rings in George Square but I was late and too tired to make a 100 yard detour! Maybe another day.
