Looking at a flat in Abbeyhill with Mags tonight, it wasn't great. The floors were all over the place (uneven isn't a strong enough word) and there was a mystery cupboard that was filled in with a bit of broken plasterboard. Also I kept pointing out all the holes mice would definitely be coming in. In retrospect that may have not been particularly helpful.. I stand by it though.
