Remberance Sunday
It's been a busy day today with a Remberance Sunday service first thing. We decided we'd have a treat out and enjoyed a full roast dinner. Popped 'round to a friends this afternoon and had a couple of glasses of a nice red. We're finishing the day off with a cosy night in. I've had a lovely weekend and can't believe it's nearly Monday already.
After the service we popped to the Celle cemetary on the way home. Keiran thought I should blip a grave which had a wreath of poppies on, but I love the lines of this shot. It's such a calm and peaceful place which is beautifully kept. It brings a lump to my throat walking thought the graves and makes me thankful for the sacrifice these men and women made. I love this shot in B&W and I think it's a nice contrast against my poppy shot yesterday.
