Kaminoan Station Attendant

As I headed toward the ticket barrier at Hanshin Motomachi Station this evening, I spotted this funny (well, I think so) sight. I asked the station attendant if he was the man in the picture. He laughed and said he wasn't. I then asked if I could take his photo. At first he looked a little unsure, as if uncertain if this might contravene some Hanshin Railways statute, but then he decided to take a chance and indulge this potty gaijin. How fortunate that this is Japan; somehow I can't imagine British rail staff being so cheerful and accommodating.
