Sunday Roast

Decided to get on with some cooking today.

Made a tomato sauce, roasted pumpkin for soups and an apple crumble for tea.

Will get through all the pumpkins and marrows this week and try and preserve in various manners.

Beautiful day with a very cold wind.

At football this morning my hands were freezing as I got the posts out to set up the pitch. The girls played well again but lost out by one goal.
