Quintessential Santa Cruz

We're here, my favorite home away from home! Soon as I could, I took off for a walk around the neighborhood. I was so tired of all that sitting in the car. I love seeing all the sweet houses and play a sort of game as I walk along: which house would I live in if I could magically find myself living here. Maybe this one. It's close to where my friends live and an easy walk to both downtown and the beach. We walked along the bluff overlooking the ocean right before dinner and saw whales! I took pictures, but none of those were blip-worthy.
