Waterfall chicken

For lunch I found a place for bún riêu, the very popular Vietnamese noodle soup flavoured with crab and tomato. While eating, another storm hit so I was stuck there for a while. The owner of the restaurant brought a bag of jackfruit over to my table and offered me some while I waited.

In the evening I went to a restaurant serving fried chicken and rice, but the owner has created a new frying machine which uses a "waterfall" of hot oil to make the skin crispy. It was so good that I ordered a second piece of chicken. It also came with their own special sauce which was addictive. I'm pretty sure I'll be back there soon!
