Rugby World Cup - Count down has commenced

The London Eye’s 32 capsules have be transformed to represent each of the 20 competing countries national flags, alongside 12 specially designed Coca-Cola rugby ball wraps – to be displayed throughout the duration of the competition. - For more information see here

I would have liked to wait until the English flag came into view but the Eye wasn't operating at 8am.

As you can see the weather was much better today.
