There's a new pancake in town

It's Dutch, and it's from the oven. We are rather obsessed with making it and eating it right now. No, it's not fattening. It contains one egg, a quarter cup of flour a tablespoon of butter. If you drizzle copious amount of maple syrup on it, however...

I don't. Mine has a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. On a grey and soggy day like today it's especially nice. Tomorrow will be sunny and we thought it important to test if it's equally nice on a bright, sunny day.

A bit of panic is starting to set in about getting everything done before our trip but I just remind myself that I always do.
