Moth.

..it's been on the window in the porch all day. It's quite tiny, 7mm across the wings, and about the same from head to abdomen. Silhouetted against the window, the outline reminded me of a poplar hawk moth, but obviously no-where near the size. Taken with flash, to get the wing detail, I quite the reflections in the double glazing..

Got a "new" Quicksilver CD in the post. A live gig from New Years Eve, 1967. I already had a version of this, but there are a lot more songs on this one. Quality is a bit "lacking", but if you think what equipment people had in those days to record an audience live concert, it's pretty good..

Wet for most of the day, and midgey, and got quite damp doing the harvest, and running Tans on the beach. That's it for the day.
