Sweet treats!

I knew that I had an afternoon of baking at the cafe ahead so I thought I'd better leave something ready for at home; can't have all my boys going hungry!

Started our day with a nice sunny walk with Bob and J and fitted in another with my Mum later on. We were sorting out details of our Macmillan World's Biggest Coffee Morning so it seemed fitting to stop for a coffee at a newly opened cafe: it was nice enough to sit outside to enjoy it. By chance we bumped into an old friend and she and her beautiful Saluki joined us.

A productive afternoon of baking was had. The raspberry, blueberry lime drizzle cake proved to be a big hit so another was required today!
