A 'wheelie' nice Blipmeet

Today I met up with Blippers Riversider and Madwill at Pickering station on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. After watching a steam train leave we had a tour of the workshops where a carriage dating from 1898 which spent 50 years in a field as a pig shed is being restored. We then had a walk around the town with a look at the castle and the 14th century murals in the parish church. An enjoyable day with some excellent company.

Back home tomorrow; we've really enjoyed our break in North Yorkshire and will definitely be back!
