RAMBUTAN

RAMBUTAN - known as the " hairy lychee". It is from Thailand and has a sweet fragrant taste.

Went to Asda this morning and bought a pack of these - not much actual fruit once you get the skin off and take the stone out but what you get is quite nice.

Weather has been lovely again. Cats have had a good day - not too much mischief.

Have tracked Neil's flight online from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur and it landed safely around 8.40pm UK time. Asssume he was on board as I haven't heard otherwise. He now has a 5 hour 40min wait before he is off again - next stop is Colombo in Sri Lanka.

Having read his Facebook status I find that he is planning a trip to London in a couple of weeks for a reunion with some friends he met in Oz and who returned to the UK in January. And he has also mentioned going to Manchester in the near future to someone's party. Think he has itchy feet - better make the most of his time at home while I can.
