Arachnid and the Guggenheim, Bilboa

I first saw this sculpture, called Maman, by Louise Bourgeois at the Tate in London and was stunned by the beauty of it - and the size - it is 9 metres high. It now lives in front of the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao which in itself is a work of art and caused us to go to Bilbao for the first time shortly after it opened in 1997.
