Heavy rains

We have received over an inch of rain in the past 24 hours, which resulted in flash flooding in Southern Utah and Zion Canyon, resulting in 12 deaths.  Northern Utah was not hit quite as hard, but still very wet. It has been so dry here, it soaks into the ground immediately with no flooding.
