That's the problem with working long hours, they just leave you wanting to go to bed. Still, targets met even if it did mean writing papers until 9pm.

As for the rest:

Nadiya is still going strong in Bake Off. I don't like the programme but I've got her in the office sweepstake.

It didn't half rain today.

Jeremy Corbyn did a good thing by not singing the national anthem.
