Took too long to get to work today - Brussels traffic in super constipation mode - out of the corner of my eye, watched my 95 Wiener bus take 20 mins to cross the inner ring - (extra).

Spent most of my day cutting 1.5 mm deep diamonds in rosewood - (Kaybee rejoice!) - to implant kitsch lozenges of nitro-cellulose "ivoroid".

The instrument is frankly a supremely crappy Italian jazz guitar which has become a collector's dream....
