Bud hair day

This is Bud, who I met in the High Street today.  His hair had been tied back out of his eyes, but still the wind defeated him.  A bit later it came on to pour with rain for a long time.  He must be a poor draggled little person in the rain.

I asked his owner what kind of dog he was, but though the owner kindly repeated the information I still couldn't make out what he said.  Probably because I'd never heard the name before.  It might have been 'Lhasa Apso', which is a Tibetan type of dog.  I'm not sure.  Anyway, I thought he was kind of cute, so he's my blip of today.
