We took a day off and drove a couple of hours to reunite with some old church friends today. The ride was long, but the memories go way back. If the fellowship wasn't enough, we were blessed with a wonderfully beautiful day.

After lunch my wife, and blip partner 'Daunti, and I walked down to the bay area and wandered the water's edge for a couple of miles. The sites and sounds there were just as brilliant as the rest of day.

The ride home, which amazingly was just as long, featured a smile on my face that rivaled the horizon line in length.
