Possibly the longest day

Here's our bravest, tamest robin - Scruff. He hasn't got his new feathers yet and we're wondering if he ever will. He's looked like this for many, many weeks now.

We're not worried about him though. I saw him fight off some competition for some worms and grubs while I was gardening today.

I spent practically all day in the garden today tidying, raking and pruning, and am aching now. But nice aching.
