Please forgive me Jamie!

This is my version of Mighty Mushroom Curry From Jamie Oliver's Everyday Super Food book. He wouldn't recognise it. The mushrooms have disappeared. The milk was suppose to turn to curd and be absorbed by the food and ....... ! But it tasted delicious. A little malaysian. But then even the pic didn't turn out right. Before UntilIdie47 points it out, it is out of focus, reflecting light and an excuse for no blip at all. But tomorrow is another day and it will get better!
