Little purple flower!

Another beneficiary of the recent rains is this shrub/ bush, that we were given several years ago. It has become well established in the back garden.
We have never seen as many little purple flowers, on the bush, as we have now. Each small flower has a bright yellow centre.

Today's photo was taken in the afternoon sun, and you can see the sun light shining through the almost transparent petals and leaves .......very pretty.

As you can probably tell, we don't know the name of this plant......hence "little purple flower"!
