Buzzard...

It was my half day at work. So after work I went the long way home and took these pictures.

Got home and had some lunch.

Walked into town to the hygienist. She used this kind of mini pressure washer thing with tiny sand on my teeth, was not particularly pleasant, normally she uses that thing that buffs the teeth, which is not the great either but if I had the choice I would choose the second one. Anyway she was quite happy with my teeth, which is always good.

Walked back home and did some toning exercises. I am in the first week of a 6 week holiday diet challenge and so far I am doing fine.

Did some house work, had dinner and not its finally time for me to catch up on blip comments :0)
