Bye, Bye Summer ?

Raining all morning, so my plans for a blip today were put on hold.  Watching the rain from the bedroom window I realised that autumn is closer than I had realised ( I think I am still holding on to the hope of summer ).  Once these trees have changed colour that is definitely autumn.  The one tree always turns first, but another few weeks and they will all have changed.  I love to see the colours but find it sad at the same time.
