Busy Bee

Had a very busy and happy day. The wee school had their final assembly and it was a beeautiful day. The sun shone and then the clouds came out for tea and scones with cream and strawberries. All the mummies cried appropriately and the children beeamed from start to finish!

I saw this poor chap on the grass - at first when I blipped I just thought I was lucky that he was there, but when I put the shots up I noticed his snapped antennae. He is in among the plants but not doing very much. He's a whopper.

Going to maximise on the weather and go and cut all the grass - well, we'll see how the gammy leg holds out...
