Puddin' Stone

Puddin' Stones in Michigan are conglomerate rocks that have jasper in them. The jasper is the red you see. I found mine along the AuSable River. I think that the fishermen who walk that trail aren't looking for rocks! Several of my friends are really jealous, they are fairly hard to find and s good one is even harder! I will spray it with high gloss polyurethane and it will hold a treasured spot at the cabin.
