Spotlight

It was dark and raining and I thought the evening would be drab, but then the sun started to break through the clouds. I ran to a spot that I can sometimes catch a rainbow on nights like this. I waited a few minutes, but no rainbow.  Instead, the sun shined its light on this lovely old church in town.  I liked the contrast with the dark sky behind it.
