Phone Break ?

Lots of maintenance work going on around the colleges in Cambridge city. Actually, as it was 3-35pm, I expect the men were waiting for the van to take them back to their base, as later in the day the traffic queues are terrible. The street bollard makes a comfortable leaning post at that angle. The tourist looking at a map to get her bearings hasn't noticed the arrow pointing up to the sign post. I wonder what's in the box on the wheelbarrow !
