First rehearsal

A manic day - preparing for our trip to Rome tomorrow, but the highlight of the day was our first rehearsal of the newly reformed Newmains & DIstrict Band.

What a thrill it was (or maybe a 'trill'....LOL - brass band joke!).  A chance to renew old acquaintances and making new ones.  And we even sounded not half bad (although we had an impressively large horn section!).

Apologies to my peers - the duff notes were all mine !
