Bad Mood Bagel Selfie

I made a batch of bagels from a well tried and tested recipe...and they failed. Flat, no rising, soggy.

I don't know why but I am sad, grumpy, and in a bad MOOD.

Suitable for Mono Monday Mood but not for The Great British Bake Off.
