Boarders

Blimey, one minute we were relaxing away devouring the Sunday newsprint, next we realised that the plane was boarding. How can it take so long to walk the length of Bristol Airport? I'm sure it used to be quite small. So, almost last on. But on, at least.
Talking of the Sunday newsprint, I know that the near miraculous election of JC must be worthy of some comment. Would I really wish to leave a hostage to fortune? Ok, he'll be gone within two years. Either that or the party will split, or failing that, he'll sweep to a stunning victory in 2020. The good thing is that he knows what he's against. Bad stuff, basically. And he's for good stuff (though one could quibble about some of that). But how to beat back the tide of bad stuff? Does he know? Still I'm sure he can make a lot of political capital amongst the noisiest by decrying the bad stuff. And quite right too, quite right.
