Mallard Duck

It was dry thid morning so I went out to the garden early to dig out the last piece o f gunnera and I had great difficulty digging out the roots. TC helped by taking away barrowloads of roots and weeds. I am really pleased as there is now a huge bit cleared where I can plant more plants. There was a little bit of rain in the afternoon but not enough to make me stop and then the sun came out in the evening. A walk down to the shore to get a couple of photos. This mallard was swimming about near the shore. I liked the clouds and light shining on the Sound of Handa so added it as a extra.
