A 20 year wait

Been over 20 years since I last went to see the Sheffield Steelers.  Not going to wait another 20, it was an ace night out. Mrs H had never been, so she was initiated as well as the Jnrs.

They thrashed the Cardiff Devils 8-1 and there was some tasty physical action too.  Do love a hockey scrap.

Did that 50km ride yesterday, but don't know my position yet as the times aren't yet published....  It rained heavily for the first 20 mins, and then on/off for the next hour.  My legs gave out after about 80% of the route and the hills were steeper than they usually are ;)  Took a chunk of time off my PB though, so crappy weather and screaming leg muscles seems to be the right mix for me.
