Utensils #3 - Fix me an Old Fashioned

Last in the series for this week's WBC on utensils, see #1 and #2 for more. 
The Old Fashioned was apparently the drink of choice of Don Draper of Mad Men fame, but as I've never watched the series, it reminds me more of a drunken character from the film, 'It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World' from 1963, fixing one as his small plan careers around the sky. I remember watching this a lot as a child and loving it. Must try and find a copy.
