So, I diagnosed my big toe correctly. I have arthritis but nothing majorly advanced.
still can't wear flippin heels though!

I do not have any signs of arthritis in my hip. Phew. I'm glad of course but was left wondering what the hell was wrong with it!

But how weird is this. The same day I got my results back from the X-Ray, later that evening, I got up from the couch and heard and felt, a kinda grinding/cracking sort of noise in my hip. The only way I can describe it, was as if something was moving back into place.

Instant relief!! No constant dull ache and my movement felt better immediately. And it's been that way ever since!! Not that I'm complaining!
But it's like I have a new lease of life. I don't feel as tired, although that could just be my imagination? I've cleaned windows, stripped beds, cleaned and hoovered the whole house from top to bottom. I even went a walk a fair distance and had no nagging pain at all. It's like this huge weight has been lifted. Unbelievable!!

Fingers are well crossed this continues.
